Please see Mr. Parra in Room A-8 or email him at bparra@orangeusd.org.

The instrumental music department will give their last concert of the year on May 25th from 7pm-9pm in the cafeteria. Come out for a fun night of music and listen to Pop’s, Broadway and Soundtracks.

Attention junior class- On October 11, El Modena will once again be giving the SAT to all seniors at no charge. This will be a school day, so there is no need to get a fee waiver for this test day. Plan accordingly by taking the SAT Subject tests or the ACT at the end of this year. Current sophomores may want to study for the PSAT, which will be given on the same day (10/11/17) and is the qualifying test for the National Merit Scholarship.

Seniors! Anyone who is attending any college next year who has not had their picture taken, we want to add you to the “Accepted” wall across from the library. Just bring your enrollment or a copy of your registration to the office in exchange for a ticket to get your picture taken in the photo studio.

Any student needing summer school must turn in their form to their counselor as soon as possible. Summer school is only one day a week, but repeating a class next year is every day, so sign up for summer school today!

Linda Vista ES is having their carnival on Friday, June 2nd and they also need some extra helping hands.  The Linda Vista carnival will be from 12:30 – 6:00 pm but any time you can work would be appreciated.

For more info on this fun opportunities, please stop by the College and Career Center and pick up a CS packet.
