Bullying Prevention Resources for Students Who Identify or Are Perceived as Neurodivergent

At El Modena High School, we are committed to creating a campus where every student feels seen, valued, supported, and safe. In alignment with California Senate Bill 939, we are proud to provide resources that support students who identify as neurodivergent or may be perceived as neurodivergent.

Neurodiversity includes a wide range of learning, thinking, and communication differences, including students with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other neurological differences. Every student deserves the opportunity to learn and grow in an environment built on respect, understanding, and belonging.

These resources are designed to help students, families, and staff better recognize and respond to bullying, discrimination, harassment, and intimidation related to neurodiversity. They also provide tools, education, and support to strengthen empathy and inclusion throughout our school community.
