Summer school Teachers and Google class codes:

Teachers will enroll you in your summer school Google classroom. Please log in and check your Google classroom on your student dashboard for orientation information on June 17.

Students will be dropped from the class for the following reasons:

  • If they do not log in daily

  • If you do not log in within the first three days

Attendance will be taken weekly based upon check-ins on Google Meets sessions with your Instructor and daily progress in APEX. Failure to attend weekly sessions may result in a summer school drop.
*Seats are limited during summer school, with a long waiting list. Please be sure to demonstrate daily progress to remain in the course.

Instructors are available Monday-Thursday from 7:45am-12:00pm

Summer School Schedule

Students will be working at their own pace. Exams must be unlocked by the instructor. If you are ready to take an exam, please notify your instructor. If you are taking more than one class or semester of a class, use this pacing guide for each semester or class.

*Session A: June 17- July 6  Session B : July 7- July 23 will be helpful in keeping on track to ensure that you can finish more than one class.

Tests/Final Exams

Auto Proctoring will be utilized. Once an exam is unlocked, students have 90 minutes to complete the exam. If there is any inactivity for 30 minutes, the exam will lock again. Please be sure to “be ready” to sit for the duration of the exam when you request access to it. If you fail the exam, you will need to complete a study guide before the instructor will unlock the exam for you to re-test.

Grading Procedures

Daily progress in APEX can be monitored by students for immediate grade updates. Your AERIES grade will be based on your final grade in APEX. *Failure to demonstrate daily progress will result in contact and a summer school drop.
